I started baking and selling bread from my home in Santa Ana in 2017. A year later I relocated to the cozy neighborhood of Frogtown in Los Angeles. During the last two years I’ve provided wild yeast, sold loaves of organic sourdough bread and baked up authentic New Orleans King Cakes for neighbors and friends.
