  • High Speed Blender or Magic Bullet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple cut into chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Cara Cara orange peeled and sectioned
  • 1 golden mango peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup carrots cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/3 cup raw slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender with the most tender ingredients on the bottom. If you like a chilled smoothie, add a couple of ice cubes to the blender.
  • Turn on blender and blend for 1 minute.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy
